SEIU Local 925 purchased a low-rise office building in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. P2 Design Group was engaged to fully renovate two (2) floors, including building common spaces, for SEIU’s new Seattle Offices. Since SEIU is a non-profit organization, cost was a key concern for the client. With the use of economical products and several accent paint colors, including the client’s corporate color “purple”, P2 was able to create a fun and professional space, while staying within a reasonable tenant improvement budget.
